Now that you’re enrolled, your first meeting with your Health Advocate is where your family’s care begins to take shape. This is your chance to get to know the person who will help coordinate next steps, understand your loved ones’ needs, and keep you informed from afar.
During this first conversation, your Health Advocate will walk you through what to expect, answer your questions, and help map out the right support for your family. From scheduling services to sharing updates along the way, they’ll be there to help make care feel clear, personal, and manageable.
